Tobraxyle Eye Drop contains Tobramycin (0.3% w/v), an aminoglycoside antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the eye. It works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria, helping to eliminate the infection and prevent its spread.
It helps in the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, and other superficial ocular infections caused by susceptible bacteria, providing relief from redness, discharge, and irritation.
May cause temporary stinging, burning, or eye irritation after application. Rarely, patients may experience allergic reactions, blurred vision, or increased sensitivity to light.
Indicated for patients with bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis or keratitis. Use under the guidance of an ophthalmologist.
Use only under medical supervision. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface or the eye. Remove contact lenses before application unless advised otherwise. Complete the full course of treatment to prevent recurrence.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Discard the bottle as per instructions after the recommended duration of use.
