This tablet combines Rosuvastatin, a cholesterol-lowering medicine, and Telmisartan, a blood pressure-lowering medicine. It is used in patients who have both high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Rosuvastatin works by reducing “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides while increasing “good” cholesterol (HDL), helping to keep arteries clear and reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke.
