Oloplit Eye Drops contain Olopatadine (0.1% w/v), an antihistamine eye drop used to relieve symptoms of allergic eye conditions. Olopatadine works by blocking histamine, a chemical in the body responsible for causing itching, redness, and swelling in allergic reactions. It also helps stabilize mast cells, reducing the release of additional inflammatory substances in the eyes.
