Folyflit Tablet contains L-Methyl Folate, the active and bioavailable form of folic acid (Vitamin B9). Unlike synthetic folic acid, L-Methyl Folate does not require enzymatic conversion by methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) and is directly available for cellular use. This makes it especially beneficial for individuals with MTHFR polymorphisms or impaired folate metabolism. L-Methyl Folate plays a crucial role in DNA synthesis, red blood cell production, homocysteine metabolism, and neurotransmitter synthesis.
