Fexoform M Suspension is a combination of Fexofenadine HCL I.P. (60mg) and Montelukast Sodium I.P. (4mg), formulated to provide effective relief from allergic rhinitis, seasonal allergies, and respiratory allergic conditions. Fexofenadine HCL, a non-sedating antihistamine, helps in blocking histamine action, thereby reducing symptoms like sneezing, itching, and runny nose. Montelukast Sodium, a leukotriene receptor antagonist (LTRA), works by preventing inflammation and allergic reactions, making it beneficial for asthma-related allergies and chronic urticaria. This combination ensures comprehensive allergy management with minimal drowsiness.

Fexoform M Suspension is generally well-tolerated, but some patients may experience mild side effects such as headache, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, or stomach discomfort.
