Acenomore 2 Tablet contains Acenocoumarol, an anticoagulant (blood thinner) that helps prevent harmful blood clots. It works by lowering clotting factors in the blood, making it less likely for clots to form inside blood vessels. Doctors prescribe it to reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and pulmonary embolism (PE). It is often used in patients with mechanical heart valves, atrial fibrillation, or those who have a history of clotting disorders.

About the Product

Acenomore 2 Tablet contains Acenocoumarol, an anticoagulant (blood thinner) that helps prevent harmful blood clots. It works by lowering clotting factors in the blood, making it less likely for clots to form inside blood vessels. Doctors prescribe it to reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and pulmonary embolism (PE). It is often used in patients with mechanical heart valves, atrial fibrillation, or those who have a history of clotting disorders.

The most important side effect is bleeding, which can present as nosebleeds, bleeding gums, unusual bruises, or blood in urine/stool. Other mild effects include nausea, headache, dizziness, or fatigue. Seek immediate medical help for any unusual or severe bleeding.

Prevention and treatment of blood clots Used in atrial fibrillation, artificial heart valves, DVT, and pulmonary embolism

Take Acenomore 2 Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Your dose may change based on regular blood tests (INR) to keep treatment safe and effective. Avoid sudden dietary changes, especially foods rich in vitamin K (like spinach, broccoli), as they can affect how the medicine works. Inform your doctor about any other medicines you are taking to prevent interactions. Never stop or change the dose without medical advice, as it may lead to dangerous clotting or bleeding.

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, away from sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
